Fact-checking policy

What we check

We treat provider identity, game mechanics, RTP, game availability, licence claims, payment methods, bonus conditions, withdrawals, KYC rules and local eligibility as material claims. These claims may change and require a date and source.

Source order

1. Primary source: provider documentation, operator legal terms, regulator register or official support record.
2. Direct test: dated screenshots, test notes and operator communications, where an editorial test was actually performed.
3. Secondary source: reputable reporting used only when a primary source is unavailable.

How uncertainty is handled

We do not fill gaps with assumptions. If we cannot verify a claim, we mark it as unverified, qualify it, or remove it. Commercial relationships never substitute for evidence.
